Holy Misfits

A space for doubters, dreamers, and outsiders learning to follow Jesus with questions and unfinished stories.

For Those Who Don’t Fit

Holy Misfits is for people who love Jesus, aren’t sure they do, or were told they never could belong in church spaces.

A narrow, weathered wooden path cutting through a wild, overgrown field, leading toward a distant, small wooden cross on a low hill. The planks of the path are uneven and cracked, with tufts of grass pushing through the gaps, suggesting a way made for those who don’t quite belong on main roads. The sky is an expansive, moody blue-grey with soft golden-hour light breaking through clouds, casting long, gentle shadows and a subtle glow on the cross. Photographic realism, captured from a low, slightly off-center angle, emphasizes depth and journey. The atmosphere is reflective and hopeful, with a quiet sense of holy defiance and belonging in the margins.

What We Actually Believe

We follow Jesus, trust the Bible’s big story of redemption, and welcome questions, doubts, and backgrounds that traditional religious spaces have often pushed away.
